PAINTING
     
  When most people are ready to freshen and personalize their living spaces, one of the very first things they think about is color, namely paint. At Ilam we will paint every job the right way with top quality materials. We will discuss your alternative preference and can match any color that you desire, example:  
  -What sort of mood do you want the space to create (serene, rest full, retreat or invigorating, lively space)?  
  -What colors do you and your family love (soft pastels, bold jewel tones or earth neutrals)?  
  -How is the room used? Is this space your private hideaway or is it a high-traffic, high energy area?  
     
  By considering these questions, we hope we are on the right track for choosing the right colors for your home and the way you live.   
     
  Below are summary of our painting services:  
    Exterior:  
    - Protect all non-painted surfaces by masking and covering with plastic and/or drop cloths.  
- Wash virtually all surfaces to be painted in order to kill existing mildew and ensure adhesion of
      new paint.  
- Re-caulking all cracks, over driven nails and all areas where sealant have broken down.  
- Priming all bare wood before repainting.  
- Clean-up work area and remove debris created by our work.  
- Final inspection with the homeowner to address any concern and finalize completion.  
Interior:
- Protect your furniture and belongings.
- Patching and sanding before painting.
- Remove all nails from walls and repair holes then filling nail holes.
- Re-caulking all cracks, over driven nails and all areas where sealant have broken down.
- Priming all bare wood before repainting.
- Clean-up work area and remove debris created by our work.
- Final inspection with the homeowner to address any concern and finalize completion.
